Countersunk machine screws create a new benchmark for high adaptability and aesthetics

Countersunk machine screws strictly follow the two international standards of DIN965 (German Industrial Standard) and ANSI/ASME B18.6.3 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers Standard). This means that whether it is the pursuit of precise dimensional control in European manufacturing processes or the industrial projects in North America that emphasize thread performance and reliability, the product can be seamlessly connected, greatly improving the versatility and adaptability of the product.

In terms of materials, the products cover SS410, A2 and A4 stainless steel grades, fully meeting the various needs for corrosion resistance, strength and magnetic properties in different environments. SS410 stainless steel has excellent mechanical strength and quenching ability, suitable for industrial occasions with high structural requirements; while A2 (304) and A4 (316) stainless steel represent conventional rust prevention and marine-grade corrosion resistance, respectively, and are widely used in outdoor equipment, chemical environments and high humidity places.

In order to further enhance the appearance texture and anti-oxidation performance, this series of products specially adopts brass electroplating (Brass Plated) surface treatment. This treatment not only gives the screws a metallic texture and elegant color, but also provides an additional anti-corrosion protection layer to a certain extent, making the product more suitable for fields with high requirements for visual and durability, such as home decoration, electronic equipment, and instrument manufacturing.

The countersunk head design allows the screw to be flush with or slightly lower than the surface of the connected material when tightened, which not only improves the overall installation aesthetics, but also effectively prevents mechanical interference and scratches. It is especially suitable for precision assembly of metal, plastic or wood materials.
